During the first couple years of the pandemic, I began experimenting with makeup as another form of creative expression. Making films with friends was already something I loved being a part of, so when makeup was needed for a short film, Reply from Mailer-Daemon, I stepped in. I had no idea saying yes to that would lead me in the continued pursuit and growth of makeup as another art form. Following Reply from Mailer-Daemon, I have had the privilege of being an MUA for Writer’s Retreat, Maiz Film, Scare Support, and working with Willamette Week in 2023 for a couple of cover issues.
Makeup is now something I am excited to grow as a craft and can’t wait for what fun projects are in store for me next.
